It is thanks to the Donovan family, owners of the Rod ‘N’ Reel Resort & Marina, that the original train depot was saved. The museum is located on property owned by the Rod ‘N’ Reel Resort, which granted a lease for use of the building. The Resort works closely with the museum staff.
